Neighbors,   City Council meets Monday, March 16th at 7 p.m. ( full agenda )  The biggest news to share is that adoption of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan is subject to a public hearing and vote of Council. As a reminder, you need not sign up in advance to speak during a public hearing item. City Council will also vote on issuing capital improvement bonds for the 350 S.
